Yes this is their claim. They offer a pdf. manual which you have to follow. The condition is in short that you have to get a quality score of 100%. If you get 100% and are not in the top 10 then they will give you your money back.

To be honest that is difficult to do especially if you have a young domain. But that makes sence for SEO anyway.

We have found that a score of 87% or higher consistantly gets top 10 in Google.

I recommend this tool to our clients because it’s so easy to use and we help them with backlinks as this is labour intensive.
