With recession now biting hard we decided to interview local businesses to hear what they were experiencing and discover what they were doing to combat the recession. Established originally in 1977, Chiltern Circuits Ltd manufacture Printed Circuit Boards at their premises in Princes Risborough. Single sided, double sided and subcontract multilayer PCBs can be supplied. We are also able to offer a screen printing service for instrument panels and boxes. Customers range from the 'one man band' through to large companies throughout the UK and Ireland.
All companies who contact us receive the same high level of customer service, which is even more important in times when people are thinking about cut backs and the credit crunch. As with many businesses we have found that recommendation is one of the best ways to obtain further business. It is, therefore, even more important that we continue to provide a friendly, efficient and cost effective service.
As a company established for over 30 years we can offer advice on all aspects of manufacture, and are always happy to discuss customer requirements based on our experience.
Flexibility being the name of the game, as well as the usual printed circuit board manufacture, we are widening our range of services to include print and rout panels on a variety of substrates - plastic, fibreglass and mylar, insulating panels and most recently to provide an assembly service to our customers through our many contacts.
Along the same lines we have contacts who are able to assist customers with design and PCB layout if necessary.
The tide may be turning in our favour as we have recently produced PCBs which were originally commissioned in China but were then found to be of poor quality indicating that low prices alone are not enough!
